It seems that they have cut their selection of drug store makeup. Would have been a 5 star but there was an older lady (50s) working there who comes across as a real unfriendly person. She offered no help. She seemed argumentative with customers. The other lady was super nice but I think the other lady was a manager. She wasn't being helpful, at all. I had to go get another person to help.
Absolutely love this location. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The stylists and benefit brow staff member are all amazing - kind, considerate, willing to help. Definitely recommend this location
Love love this ULTA!! The employees are very kind and Michael went above and beyond to màke sure I found all I was looking for. He assisted me till I checked out and it was so nice that someone actually cared to educate me on what products were best for my skin type. Will always shop here for my hair and skin, make-up needs!! Thanks to employee Michael for going above and beyond to assist me.
