So thank for Adam! He came out last night around 2:30-3am to pull my significant others vehicle back up our hill. It has slid and came to rest against the wall, and there was nothing we could do on our own. (Picture is obviously it against the wall before he had gotten out there to pull it up.) Adam was super kind, and was really fast getting here given the circumstances with the snow and ice. He got it safely back up the hill with absolutely no more damage caused! Adam was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He helped calm us down in what was a very stressful situation that could have ended up being a lot worse if it weren't for him and his tow truck. He responded and came out in no time in the middle of heavy snow when my Mercedes Benz slid down the iced over alley leading to my parking lot. He even talked me through the whole process. He will be the first person I call Steve's Towing and ask for if I ever need help again in the area. 5 stars!
I had a unique issue w my vehicle that needed immediate attention. Steve’s Towing rallied to my emergency, worked outside their comfort zone, and got the job done. Adam was very helpful and responsive.
