I had the opportunity to work on a project in Kingsport with Prendergast Construction Company several years ago. I had a chance to tour the addition they were adding to the home and the renovations they were doing throughout other parts of the house. The design and attention to detail were amazing. Prendergast is a great company with great people who take great pride in their work!

Master bathroom and bedroom remodel in Nov/Dec 2015. Starting with the quote process, Bob Prendergast's experience and attention to detail were notable. While his quote was higher than some others, it included lots of items not included in those others but, on reflection, would obviously be needed. Everything was explained and on paper before any work was done. The crew was polite, friendly and very skilled. Clean-up happened at the end of every day. After the first few days, they were even greeting our dog by name in the mornings.
