I've never had an issue getting a same day appointment which is huge for us since his issues are often suddenly emergent. When we do go, the veterinarian sees us within a few minutes of arrival. They really listen and take into consideration the owner's judgment and the animal's medical history. We commute almost 40 minutes to come here from Johnson City and its well worth it. Their pricing is reasonable and they accept care credit which often offers no interest financing for more expensive bills which is another big plus.“

“Kim did an amazing job on my Aussiedoodle Bailey today. It had been 4 months since her last groom and her hair was really long. I tried my best to cut and brush out matting but she still had some that Kim dealt with. Bailey used to have anxiety at other groomers but has always done well here and today Bailey greeted Kim with a wagging tail and playful demeanor. Bailey looks great and looks like she lost 10 lbs! “I would absolutely recommend Sherry to anyone, not only for boarding but for grooming as well. I have been taking my baby Rocky to her for a little over two years now. Whenever boarding she doesn't just put him in a cage like most boarders. Also, with grooming, she is amazingly patient and takes her time. Her prices are very reasonable, and I wouldn't trust my baby with anyone but her; it feels like I'm leaving him with family. ♡“

“I took my 14 week red nose pit over to be given a bath and have his nails trimmed and everything went amazingly. He absolutely loved both David and Serena immediately and felt calm throughout the process. It blew my mind how calm he was and how well they worked with him. After his bath he smelled AMAZING and the way they do their nails is incredible. Not only do they clip their nails, they also use a quiet dremel tool to file them down so they’re not sharp at all. They truly do care about your animals and they couldn’t be in better hands! Thank you David and Serena!“
