As part of a foundation waterproofing, we had to remove our porch. Heritage did the re-build. Ronnie was very easy to work with, listened to concerns and dealt with issues when they came up. He made suggestions that we hadn't even thought of and made changes when we asked (I was worried about open stairs and older folks tripping so he closed them up) and we all love the new porch, which is much better than the old one!

We recently had Go Dry Waterproofing a Division of Heritage Construction Solutions complete a waterproofing project at our home. The process started with a visit to our home to determine the issue and how fix it. Jim provided us with a written detailed plan and estimate. Everything was explained thoroughly. We watched as each phase of the project was completed. The scope of work was completed exactly as written in the plan. Sean was the foreman assigned to the team that completed the work. Heritage Construction Solutions recently completed a major remodeling project at my home. The remodel consisted of finishing a large basement that was made into 2 beautiful bedrooms, a large full bath, a cozy den and a great storage area. This remodel was made possible due to the expert job they did in waterproofing my leaking basement more than 2-years ago. I waited to do this work to be certain the basement did not leak after waterproofing and it never leaked a drop after many severe rains and 2 major long-term rains, which were declared floods by the state. I left a 5-Star review on this platform regarding the waterproofing more than 2 years ago. I am getting up in years and have had many contractors do work for me and not a one holds a candle to Heritage Construction Solutions. They are not perfect, but given a chance they make everything right...and I could not be happier. Thank you Jimmy, I will be in touch early next year so we can get started on both upstairs bathroom remodels.
