We are so happy with the service we received from Egan's PC. Vance was professional, he showed up at our home on time and brought the new computer and installed it plus made some installs to another laptop. He kept notes on everything I asked and everything was done! This is a for a professional and he is one.

I will be honest, Egan's PC Service is about the best I've done business with. They are courteous, and will get the job done in a timely manner. They are very upfront about what they charge, and will work on an issue until they are absolutely sure it is fixed.

Vance was really quick at recovering files off of my computer. He initially thought it was a hard drive failure, but quickly figured out an underlying issue and was able to restore my computer completely. He was very quick to get me in and very quick to resolve the issue. Well pleased.
