We have dealt with this company for years they have been wonderful to us. Anytime something came up , they were right there to help us when my dog got hit and needed a leg amputated ,they jumped in to help and this week, they helped me, because I needed a new breaker box at my home and\nThey did not hesitate to help me.I appreciate everyone there... We highly recommend Citizens. We have been customers for years with them, specifically the Kingsport branch. We have gotten several loans from them, paid them off, and went back again and again. I highly recommend!!! Jade was so helpful when I first called. She was very polite and was sincerely invested in helping me. The approval was fast, and my credit is far from perfect, so I was thankful and happy. When I went into the office, Jade helped me with documentation and emails, I am not good at that, but she was quick happy to help. She got me the money i needed with great, affordable payments. If you are looking for a loan with awesome, personal services, I again recommend Citizens!!!! I am pleased with the payments and everything this process included.
