“You guys rock! Super chill environment, people here are above and beyond helpful. If you have a dui and your required to get the interlock, i recommend intoxalock, first thing you need to do definitely give the intoxalock company a call. Setup the appointment if your anywhere near the kingsport area id recommend asking for these guys. It was like 90 degrees on friday 07/03/26 which anyone that likes to work on cars knows heat is your worst enemy. Everyone still kept their composure and remained more than respectful to me. Ill be going here in the future for recalibrations until its over. The people over the phone was awesome, the techs that help intoxalock know what they are talking about, extremely helpful in explaining on what you need to do to follow regulations for the interlock. Messing up is one thing but it makes it soooooo much better when you have help on being a better person. I recommend to anyone this place for detailing and other things they do too they definitely care about cars and helping their clients with their car thats for sure!“

“I took my pickup, which was filthy and had dog hair imbedded in the carpet, to them. They did a great job! I used the pickup/delivery service, but didn’t have the time to walk around my vehicle. I noticed a couple of minor places. I took it back there the next day and they polished it right up!
