100% would recommend Jessica Quinn. She managed our property as a rental for 3 years and did great work. This year I decided to sell the property. Jessica oversaw $15K of repairs/upgrade to prep the house for the market. She handled everything, and I do mean everything. She ensured all the repairs were done, received multiple quotes, and made sure the work was done quickly. What could have taken 6 months only 3. She ensure the house was move-in ready and we received several great offers.Again, it can not understated how great of work Jessica did.I should also note that I rented to property from Blue Ridge when I first moved to Kingsport and before I bought the above mentioned house. My rental experience was also pleasant. There were 2-3 minor issues I called about over the year. Each time they were fixed quickly. I was always properly notified if the property manager and/or owner was visiting the property

Jane Thornton has always been very professional and great to work with. We rented thru Blue Ridge for 5 years with 2 properties and had a great experience. They are responsive to problems that arise and promptly get them addressed.If you take care of the property you rent and leave it clean you will get your full deposit back. They have always been fair and courteous. I recommend them completely.

The man Mike can be very rude n doesn't even know the ppl he's rented 2 (which if ur renting out ur home u might pick somewhere else or even looking 2 rent a home or buy)-as we had rented a house long ago from him that had a horrible nightmare ending. The Manager Mike called me into his private office, so he could proceed 2 go off on me about the property (which I spoke up-3 TIMES telling him we were NOT the renters) n I was simply returning the keys for a sick friend of mine who had Cancer! He finally caught on but was telling me private information about the renters which was not my business n against the law. So beware n do ur homework on Realtors bf u agree or sign...read full review
