A great place to get a haircut and the cheapest price around. Mr Bell is a great person and very friendly. He loves to talk and treats everyone with respect. I guarantee you won't get a haircut anywhere cheaper than here and he does a great job.

I had the sheer pleasure of having a true legend do a trim up and can’t say how amazed I am. It was like he just intuitively knew what my hair wanted. With 5 cowlicks, that’s a blessing to me!

I wish I was closer, he's my type of barber. If I lived there ,I would come in once a week for a trim, just to see him ,and talk. He's old school,barbers like him ,are few and far between.

Kingsport's oldest barber shop and likely the longest working barber, Gene Bell, in the Tri-Cities has been keeping the Model City looking cleaned up since April 1965 at this location after a couple of years a half mile up the street at Parkway Plaza.
