Awesome service and professionalism. Detected and repaired several issues. Toilet repair, plumbing pipe repair, water heater installation. Single mom with no hot water and kitchen leak fixed in no time. Very responsive, excellent, answered questions, well pleased. Definitely use again for sister at parent’s house in Kingsport. Didn't know who to call or where turn, service answered everything. Will definitely use again. Excellent awesome service.
I tried to use this service - they accepted my service call to complete a backflow test at a commercial site on 8/25. I've emailed 5 times and left 4 voice messages with no return call. I spoke with a gentleman on Monday and he was going to check on it and call me back. To date, no communication at all after "Jeff" verbally committed to the service. Not sure how you stay in business.
