The procedure I had done here went very smooth. It took a while to get an appointment, but then again the procedure I had to have done was no emergency. Staff here is outstanding, from check in to walking me out the door.
Easy to sign in and didn't wait long at all. I was informed on what I needed to do and where to go to put my belongings. Friendly staff all together. I would recommend this place to anyone.
Can’t say enough good things about my experience with SoFHA so far, great service, minimal wait times, very friendly staff. My SoFHA physician is top notched, so friendly and caring and very thorough, he always takes time to answer any questions or concern's I may have. SoFHA facilities are roomy and very clean. I’m just hoping one day they open their own Hospital in the Tri Cites !
