Dr Dawson is amazing! I really appreciate how she takes the time to listen. She is very thorough. You aren't just a number with her. You can tell she really cares about what she does. I highly recommend her!!
Dr Dawson has been my primary care physician for more than 10 years. I have a very complicated medical disease that has caused may acute symptoms and she has dealt with everything with knowledge, accuracy and professionalism. She has listened to my complaints as well as my taken my own educated opinions into account when determining what the best options are for my optimal health.Always with a smile.
