“I’ve known Ms Lisa for 66 years and she is prompt professional and a lady with integrity unmatched by many.
On a personal level she has endured the most unthinkable. She lost a husband that practically sucked the life out of her. She didn’t know how to handle life without him. She should have taken longer time off from work but she had clients that depend on her.
Shortly after the loss of her husband she lost her son which was so devastating that everyone including her family and clients did not know if she was going to recover or not.
Well she did and after a short time she was back at work taking care of her clients. I have looked at her reviews as a tax preparer and accountant and I wasn’t amazed not one bit because after 40 plus years in the business she had not had ONE until now. I was by circumstance in the office with Ms Lisa talking to her when this guy called in talking to her like he was scalding a five year old. Rude incentive would not let her speak or try to interrupt him so as to explain why his bill was higher.
Anyone that knows Lisa she has forgiven their bill because she knew that the person couldn’t afford to. I wanted to give him a good talking to but it wasn’t my place to say anything.
Ms Lisa, continue on with your business you are a fantastic woman. A shout out for Lisa’s assistance who carried the load while she grieved over the loss of the two most important people in her life.“
