I contracted Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair to both level my garage slab and stabilize the foundation of a home add-on. A crew was sent for each job.
The slab level job was efficiently done with very satisfactory results. The crew consisted of Michael Rogers and Stephan A. Both of them were very good at their jobs and excellent to work with. Job completed and cleanup put the garage back to normal. Couldn't have asked for a better result.

The crawlspace in our older home was in mostly good condition until we had remodeling done that de-stabilized a bathroom floor area, resulting in significant creaking in places. Frontier recommended steel supports to stabilize the area, another support to address an inadequately supported beam they noted, and an encapsulation of the crawlspace with a dehumidifier to help prevent long term issues with humidity (condensation was noted). House was built in 1979 and had some settling that had created cracks and other issues. Benji and his team with Chris and Dylan did a great job. They were all very professional and respectful when dealing with us and let us see the process along the way. I feel sure the job was done right and will last.
