Absolutely the best hand and shoulder therapists. They take the time to explain what they are doing and why. Additionally they show you how to do things so you can do what they would like you to do at home not just give a handout. Above and beyond I left thinking there could be hope I will regain the use of my shoulder arm and hand again with hard work..
Everyone at Benchmark was so nice. I had a knee injury at work and had 12 visits. Audrey and Michelle were the 2 I had the most and they are so kind and listened to my input. They also pushed me to do better and it was well worth it! I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you isn’t enough.
Audrey is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and supportive. She explains the process and we discuss the game plan. I understand what I’m doing and why and it’s made me much more aware of my body. I look forward to therapy with her. She’s personable and thoughtful. She always makes me feel comfortable and heard. I highly recommend her for pelvic floor therapy!
