Once again Brian provided prompt and excellent service. He'll continue to be our preferred inspector and I would recommend him to anyone.

Brian was excellent to work with, would highly recommend his services! He was extremely thorough, professional, and patient with all of my questions during the inspection itself . He even made himself available to us to answer additional questions after the inspection report was completed. I’ve had poor experiences with other inspectors in the past that have left me pretty anxious about this process - I would not hesitate to work with Brian again next time I’m in the market for a new home. Added plus - His fee was more than reasonable, especially considering the time and effort required.

Brian is very helpful with information about home buying processes combined with home inspection. I found him to be very thorough and forthcoming with what he knows and does not know. He has great attention to detail and extremely communicative! I highly recommend his services!
