Everyone was super friendly, and I was in and out in about half an hour. With lenses, frames, and the exam; I paid around 150ish after insurance. Doctor David is always super nice, and I’ve been seeing him as a doctor for years now. The staff all got together when I was done to help me find the best pair for me and a new unique look. Highly recommend, and I thank them for being so kind

I was so impressed with Lauren Smith at the Humboldt TN office today! I went there with glasses that were coming apart at the drill mounts.I had been told by the Jackson office that the glasses could not be repaired. I got them 2 months ago, as a replacement pair, so they would not replace them or even try to repair them.I’m so glad that I went for a second opinion at Humboldt! Everyone there treated me with kindness, and Lauren repaired the glasses! She was professional and knowledgeable. The glasses are like new.I will go to the Humboldt office from now on.

I took my prescription in to get glasses using my insurance. An associate named Breezy took care of me. She was a delight. Very patient and knowledgeable. I will definitely come back again.
