My mom is elderly. This company supposedly came out to fix her air yesterday charged over $600 she called them after it didn’t cool off around 7 and he said it had to take time to cool the house off because it was sooo hot. Today its 87 in her house almost 8 pm and they still haven’t been out to fix it. Mind you the part was under warranty!! The cost was for labor. I wouldn’t even give this company ONE star if it would allow! She is weak and is dehydrated from this heat and can’t breathe!. I really hope if your parents are still living you dont treat them this way! All of you should be ashamed of yourselves! Karma!! Cant wait to have everyone share this!

Larry Gallagher and Complete Comfort are just low-down lying scam artists. I bought a Ruud central heat/air electric heat pump from them on 3/20/2016 and have had nothing but problems with the unit and their service. First of all, they wired my thermostat backwards when they installed it. Three days later, the breaker burned out and had to be replaced. In february 2017 on the coldest night of the year, the breaker for the auxillary heat kept tripping BUT they said they could not find ANYTHING wrong. On 9/11/2017, the fan motor quit working on Friday morning and I had to wait until Monday afternoon to get a new motor installed.On 11/20/2017 the auxillary heat kept tripping... read full review
