I’m over the age of 50 and have a lot of issues with pain, which affects my mobility. The doctors here are gentle and caring. They do a great job of keeping me on my feet. I love that I use pain medicine less after seeing them. I have gone to chiropractors in 4 states, and the care here is excellent.
Thursday, pinched nerve in left leg - could barely walk. Morning adjustment by Dr J and another later that day by Dr Ryan.
Friday, 80% better and was walking like a normal person . Got another adjustment to lock it in.
Saturday, hiked 8 miles in the big frog wilderness / snowbird mountains, 2400 ft vertical climb w 20 lb pack.
