Dr. Conner and her entire staff are great. My wife and I have been going here for almost 5 years now and couldn’t be happier. Facility is clean and well kept. Equipment is all up to date and modern. Highly recommended!

I appreciate so much getting to come in the day after my initial for an infected tooth. What I didn’t appreciate was the pain inflicted during the extraction. I’ve had root canals and extractions before and never the pain of this one after being numbed. Maybe they were in a hurry since I was a last minute appt. I mentioned right at the first touch it was painful not just pressure. It was obvious during the extraction I was in pain but they kept on. Be sure they numb you enough if you have major procedures done. I’ll likely go back but I won’t be as trusting of their interpretation of pressure vs pain. I just moved to Hixson and my first appointment at Northpoint Dental was a great experience. Jastine (sp) was so nice and explained everything. It was the best cleaning I’ve had. I was very impressed after meeting the Dentist also and was very helpful in answering my questions. I would highly recommend Northpoint!
