Chad and Andrew took excellent care of me when I visited today! Andrew supplied me with a dry towel, so I could hand wipe some of the interior. Even though he was busy guiding people into the wash, he still found time to grab me a dry towel! Not only that, but it got better! Chad helped me wipe the stuck on bugs off of my grille, as well as polish up some hard to reach spots before we did the final wash. I always leave ModWash feeling the “effect”. Mindy the manager was absolutely amazing. We locked our keys in the truck l, she called a locksmith for us, checked in on us multiple times and even gave us water. She went above and beyond to make our not so great situation better!!! If I could give 10 stars I would.

MOD Wash is awesome. They always have outstanding customer service, and fantastic facilities. Do you know who is the king of MOD Wash customer service, though? RILEY!!! Riley went above and beyond and even helped me get the rest of the bugs stuck to the front bumper of my Chrysler 300, which is all front bumper. He then helped me with wiping my rims. I never asked for help, but Riley took the initiative to help me and others on between customers. This is a young man who is going places. You don't see professional initiative like that very often. Thank you, RILEY! You're the best!!!
