Visitors often mention the enjoyable atmosphere created by the staff, including JV and Cam, who have always been great and provide excellent service. Mindy, the manager, has gone above and beyond for customers, even helping in emergencies by calling locksmiths and checking in on their needs. ModWash aims to make every car wash a special experience, leaving customers feeling happy, excited, and proud of their spotless cars. Many customers express their intent to return, noting that they always leave feeling the "effect" of a great wash.

If I could give them 5 million stars I would! Let me start out by saying I drive all the way from downtown to go to this location. I’ve been there countless amount of times and have a 12/10 experience every single time, which I feel says a lot about a place, it’s management, and it’s staff to be that consistently amazing ALL the time! The most recent time I was there, I was the dummy who locked her keys in her car and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me in any way they could. It ended up being a couple hours long process in order for me to get back into my car and they were so kind and so thoughtful! They made sure I had a place to wait, gave me water, let me use their phone and internet (because I also locked my phone in my car), and the manager even went as far as to run over to the car shop next door to see if they could help me. Every lock smith in town was telling me they were booked so I didn’t know what else to do. Shoutout to Graham, Terrance, Chris, Josh, and Officer Cleveland. A couple hours later I was able to get back into my car but it truly was a group effort. Not only did they help, they are an incredibly friendly group! I ended up having fun being stranded at this ModWash! I wouldn’t recommend locking your keys in your car but I would recommend visiting this ModWash!
Price was reasonable and Robert provided great customer service!
