Terrance was phenomenal today at my local ModWash! When exiting the wash I noticed the back of my vehicle still had an oil like residue still on it. Terrance scrubbed down the back of my van and sent me back through the wash for another wash free of charge. He then came back over and cleaned the back of my vehicle by hand and helped wipe down my vehicle. Terrance is a fantastic person that was added to our local team! Thanks!!!
