I am so fortunate that they responded to my needing a complete floor replacement disaster in a rental property. They took over from a larger restoration company that would have done an incomplete job.

The previous company was not going to replace the rotting base under my sink cabinet.

True Blue made sure ALL necessary work was recognized, documented, and submitted to my insurance company for approval.

My residence experienced rain leakage which damaged one side of my the house which was supposed to have been ‘repaired’ before I moved in. It had only been repaired inside. It took years for the problem to show again.

Later, when it rained sideways it became apparent that the problem was never addressed at the source where a deck attached to the second floor.

I had multiple people come to look at the problem but only Brian with True Blue had a clue as to understanding the problem first, then had fantastic crew to fix a complicated but not huge problem.

In a very reasonable amount of time, between dodging rain and sufficiently covering unfinished work with plastic, they replaced a sliding door with windows, and removed, replaced and painted all drywall and walls necessary. Additionally they repaired the siding last.
