The staff was nice, but if I had known the exam was going to be virtual, I wouldn't have scheduled an appointment. Nowhere on the website does it mention that. Just a heads-up, there are no in-house optometrists at this location.

However, it's definitely not same day as advertised. So I would recommend correcting the marketing to clarify the conditions. It's 1 - 2 weeks.
Martin is SUPPER NICE AND KIND. I went another vision center to tighten up my glasses and they broke them... WHF I literary cried my eyes out since they were my bday present. At that time Martin offered me great deal. He just cut my lenses to fit in new frames. He didnt even charge me for the frames. Definitely visit him again
