Went to Erlanger Primary Care yesterday as my primary physicians, and I could not be anymore pleased that I did! Very short wait time before I got to see Dr. Katie Pannell. This lady is extremely thorough, and actually takes the time to listen to you, and answers all of your questions, and address any of your concerns! Also had a blood draw, and the phlebotomist was exceptional, very proficient! The front desk staff were pleasant, helpful and personable. I feel fortunate to have picked this practice.

After reading the negative reviews I figured I'd give my own. I was registered as a new patient over the phone. The lady was super nice. They wanted me to come in that day but I couldn't so my visit was only a few days after I registered. I waited 15 minutes to be seen after checking in. The lady behind the desk was nothing but kind.
