“I have tried multiple dry cleaners in town, and for over a year now I drive way out of the way to go to them. I have not had one issue in that time with my custom made dress shirts, suits, or tux. They have been ready on time, which I really appreciate since I'm driving way out of the way each time, but they have been worth it. Every where else I've tried things came back damaged, extra creases pressed in, wrinkled, and covered in excessive lint; however, here my items are clean and properly pressed every time.“

“My wife had a white coat that was turned in on Tuesday and suppose to be cleaned by Thursday. Went by Fri to pick it up and it was not ready. We were leaving town on Sunday and my wife needed her coat. Chris McWayne on her on time tracked down the issue at the main office. She personally on her own time went to get the coat and brought it back to E. Brainerd shop for pickup by my wife. This was way above the call of duty, and we really appreciated Chris' can do attitude to get the job done.“
