Michelle was so sweet, personable, and patient. She had my ruined screen changed within about 40 minutes or so and that includes her having to be patient with me trying to figure out my Apple password.
4 Stars: I had a generally positive experience getting my iPhone screen replaced here. They were incredibly efficient, getting me in and finishing the repair well before my estimated 3 PM pickup time. However, upon inspection, the top of the replacement screen wasn't glued down correctly and had a visible gap that flexed when pressed. It was frustrating that the employee at the desk initially dismissed it as not being a big deal, but he did eventually take it back to reglue it properly. This place is great. This is the second time I've used them and the first time went well and so far as I can tell the second time is working great too. Del was especially helpful and was able to work with a timeline that got me my phone back when I needed it and provided great service. I would recommend this place if you got a busted screen.
