These guys were literally the rescue crew after the company I paid for to do the home inspection bailed on the roof of the home we were purchasing saying the roof is too high and they didn’t any a safe way to go up. Guess they didn’t hear about drones :/. Anyway TopDown came on a very last minute request and were able to Do a thorough check of the roof and all the necessary things around it. Gave me a detailed report and used that to get the seller to agree to the critical ones. Strongly recommend due to their professionalism and timely action. Was happy.

Great service, great follow up! They took the time to work with me and my insurance agent to assist with covering an area of the roof where the storm had caused significant damage and I had not shown the agent during the initial claim visit.
