I took this class with my husband in 2023 before the birth of our daughter. The class was so informative and the instructors made it fun and hands on. There were women with low intervention birth plans to women with high intervention birth plans. Everything was covered thoroughly no matter what your “plan” was. I would recommend NOVA to everyone expecting!
The entire practice is what made my birth the greatest experience. I still smile thinking about it. Jennifer and Detrisscia quite literally held my hand through the prenatal to birth. I am forever grateful for their support and kindness every step of the way. Katie’s birth class I still reference in my 4th trimester. Seriously if you take no other birth class, this prepared us from physical to the psychological and spiritual transitions of birth. Her humor and her knowledge are unmatched and how she teaches sticks with you.
I cant speak highly enough about our home birth class with Katie! She made me feel so confident going into labor with informative information and my husband genuinely enjoyed the experience. Katie is warm and funny and it was just an overall wonderful class. 6 stars across the board!
