Hi all.! A little about the company; all problems in the business and social sphere are associated with the coup d'etat of 1993, and then the creation by Putin of a terrorist organization on the territory of the Russian Federation with the help of the Federal Security Service. As for the team and the head of the company, judging only from the data from the YouTube channel, one gets the impression of people who know their business.
Appreciate the fast response-able to come the next day. Quick diagnostic to tell me the condenser was bad and not worth repair on a 14 yr old appliance. Fair price for diagnostic only.
My thermostat was broken so I called Fuse. Stan came out the next day, assessed the problem, gave me my option for the thermostats and fixed it pretty quick. He was nice with great customer service. He even check the air filter before he left. Stan is my go-to guy if I have any issues with the heater, AC, appliance, etc.
