“I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Moss Flower Shop in Mount Juliet. Ashlyn and the staff have gone above and beyond for me every time I’ve needed something, and they’re always so kind and easy to work with. They listen to what I’m looking for and make the whole process easy.
Their customer service is exceptional, and their work is impeccable. The flowers are always beautiful, and you can tell they put a lot of care into what they do. Whether I’m looking for flowers for an occasion or just a small gift for someone, Moss is the first place I think of. I’m so thankful for Ashlyn and the team. You won’t find a better flower shop!”
“I spoke with Letty on the phone and she was amazing. I wanted to purchase some flowers for friends of mine who had just shared the exciting news of a baby on the way and I shared with her what I wanted and to make sure and include a stuffed animal for the baby who is arriving. Letty was very kind and took the time to listen to what it was that I wanted and put together a beautiful bouquet that I literally received a photo of from not only her, but from the couple with a big smile on their face and appreciation. It’s this type of attention to detail that matters, especially when it comes to purchasing something like this on an occasion, whether it’s joyful or want to share your condolences so I strongly encourage anyone to send their business to Leticia and her team in Hendersonville.”
