We had a problem with our AC where it cooled, but just was not holding the set temperature. Estes came out and made it work, but there was concern the problem was not completely solved. I was willing to let it go because the unit was holding the temperature it should. But Gaylon and the team continued to analyze the variables, came back without me asking, and traced the problem back to a burnt out relay. Another vendor would have advised to replace the whole unit when they could not solve the problem. Estes Heating and Cooling went above and beyond to make it work!

I am a widowed mother of 3. I invested thousands to Hiller without results. Hoffman Brothers said the unit needed to be replaced. It was 91 degrees in my house until Estes saved the day! Thank you
