We had a wonderful experience at the Walmart Vision Center in Hendersonville, TN, thanks to Samantha. From the moment we walked in, she was warm, patient, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. Her professionalism combined with genuine kindness made the entire visit smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find customer service this great—Samantha truly goes above and beyond. Excellent service by experienced opticians. Lynn and Ginger were very helpful in helping me choose my new frames. The Eye Clinic Group located behind the vision center gave me a very comprehensive eye exam and I was very pleased with that as well. I would recommend this location to anyone.
