“I had excellent service! The front desk ladies were very courteous and efficient. I had my appointment with Nurse Practitioner Hollins who treated me so well. She listened to and answered all of my questions. She did not ever make me feel rushed. The phlebotomist at the lab was great! I let her know my veins are normally hard to find and that I hate needles. She was very calming and comforting. She did an excellent job and drew blood on the first try. I would give this place a 10 out of 10.“

“After reading a few reviews, it's clear that some of you all lack accountability. You miss your appointment, show-up late, and probably rude to staff, yet you want to blame the business. I have experienced nothing but kindness from the office staff. Yes, I've had to wait on hold when calling the office, I've also been in office and witnessed the front desk handling patients and the phone. I wasn't able to see my PCP and the office was kind enough to schedule me with another provider; my previous office would say, "your doc is out of office, oh well." Learn some compassion, patience, and realize the poor people are trying; especially the lady I witnessed last week being very rude because she was 25 minutes late to her appointment.“
