Hallelujah! Paul and Justin fixed our Mercedes Sprinter! After getting screwed by the Mercedes dealership in Cool Spring$$$ we finally found a mechanic that is honest, informative, kind, fair and dependable in United Auto Service. They have ALL the diagnostic tools in house. They explained everything they were doing and saved me so much money. We are very thankful to Paul and Justin for bringing us this miracle! True mechanic hero’s??? So glad God sent them our way!

After buying my first Mercedes and needing a repair, I read reviews of several local shops before choosing David at United. My first visit with him to explain my concerns was relaxed and informative. Once he dove in for the repair, he found other issues and presented the option to me to have them repaired or not. My e550 AMG now runs like a beast.

I went in to have squeaky brakes looked at. They were kind and honest to let me know that it wasn’t necessary to replace them yet. I will be returning in the future to have anything with my vehicle worked on. Thank you for your honesty!
