Alyssa was absolutely amazing! I came in 20 minutes before store closing, frantically needing a spray tan because the person I hired to come to my house to do a spray tan for a wedding didn’t show up. I made it just before close and Alyssa told me to take all the time I needed, and even helped me prep myself to make sure my spray would turn out perfectly for the wedding! I am so thankful she was working when I came in. 12/10 customer service 👏🏻
I am more than happy to post this. I went to suntan city in Hendersonville It was the first time in five years since I have been tanning. I was greeted by Taylor. She actually interacted with me. She was a sweetheart while setting me up for my package. She was very well informed. A few nights later I met Izzy. Again a pleasant and kind person. I had no idea it was her first day. That’s how well she did. On the same day I met Izzy Catherine was there. She is extremely knowledgeable on all products and since there were so many different packages she took the time to explain each one. I really enjoyed these ladies. I’m glad to see them every time.
Both ladies working today were very nice and helpful. I came in for a one time spray tan and they got me in and out quickly. It’s the same booth as at my gym so I know the color will turn out great. I’ll most certainly come back here anytime my gyms booth is down!
