We were converting our one car garage to a den. Moss electric had to put in an all new electrical panel and wire the den. They did a great job. They were very friendly and provided the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time.
I called looking for someone to fix and small but important issue.I got a callback shortly after I called the company and they said they will send a technician out in a little while.A gentleman called and said he will be there in about an hour since he will still working on another site.He showed up right on time ,very friendly and knowledgable and proceeded to work.He was able to fix the issue very quickly in a short time and I was happy.The bill was very reasonable and paid him..We also talked about future work too..I recommend this company work on you projects. I’ve had Moss Electric work on my rental properties and personal home for 3 years now. They have completely replaced whole house electric. They’ve been the electricians on a second story addition. They’ve also upgraded services from the city and main breaker boxes. It’s small town service but in the big city that I like about them. They’re not a huge company with hundreds of employees. Over the years, I’ve gotten to know the ACTUAL people of the company… not a big call center, but “Hey Colby, I’ve got this thing going on…” and he’ll swing by and figure it out on the spot. Or “Renovation coming up — what do we have to do and what can we save?” This is a relationship-driven, family-built, community electrician group of real people — not an impersonal big box store corporation. They care, they’re funny, they’re helpful, they make you and your project matter to them — and you feel it right back. I almost never write online reviews, but this team has more than earned it.
