The massage therapist was awesome. She was able to relax my whole body from head to toe. I was truly impressed with her techniques and abilities! It was the best full body massage ever!
I have to say that Tameeka is probably the best massage therapist I have ever had. She gives you her full attention in a quiet and peaceful environment. I always get the deep tissue massage and I gotta tell you she goes really deep! And I mean that in a good way. She's also very informative and gives tips on how to avoid muscle strains and ideas on how to improve muscle tone, etc. I highly recommend massages on the move. Tameeka is definitely the best if not, one of the best massage therapists in the Hendersonville area.
