They even walked me through the new system controls. A year later (last week) I scheduled a maintenance checkup with the Kimbro Air. The technician arrived promptly and conducted a thorough inspection—cleaning coils, checking refrigerant, inspecting electrical connections, and testing airflow. They discovered the unit needed refrigerant added because the line was so long. After the fluid was added, the indoors cooled to a perfect 68°F—just what I needed, even during a sweltering cooling-demand test. Overall, I was incredibly impressed: smooth, efficient work by a courteous team that genuinely cared.
