I have never used a computer repair service that offers pick up & delivery and who works out of their home shop. I was a bit leery but like to support local businesses when I can. Glad I took the chance. Rick works on both PCs and Apple laptops. My Macbook Air had a virus which was beyond me. My Mac is an older model but I hoped to get another few years out of it. Rick picked up the laptop, was able to remove the virus, install a new browser (at my request), and do a tune-up. He also was able to add the print/scanner software I needed for my all-in-one office equipment. Good price for the services, personable, & professional. Will use again.
