Like so many customers, I turned to A1 Pools because the large chain pool business in Jackson just had too many customers to take care of one who was 30 minutes away. The new owners of A1 Pools are very responsive, knowledgable, real problem-solvers.My pool was closed for two years before I opened it this summer. Being new to the area 3 years ago, we used the services of Aloha for 2 years and had nothing but frustration and disappointment. Calls to the office rang and rang with no answer, promised service calls that were no shows, arriving without the proper equipment to check for leaks as requested, it was unbelievable. Service staff stating problem is fixed, but it wasn't, plus their prices are ridiculous and unaffordable.A friend referred us to A1 Pools, WOW, what a difference. After attempts to get service from other companies, I found A1 pools. This company is professional, courteous, and honest. They have performed multiple services on my pool since the first call (replacement pool timer, replacement pool cover, pool leak, pool winterize, etc).
