My car broke down on the highway around 8:30 pm Friday. They were quick to answer, quick to come get my car. Worked on it Monday, and had it done and ready within a few hours. They were clear on prices and expectations, and as a solo traveling female with dog in tow, not from this area at all, my mind was at ease and I felt well taken care of. Thank you for the excellent service guys!
LOVED. My friend and I had to pull over on the highway and were stranded. We are from Ohio and it is a Saturday so no mechanic is available in East Tennessee at this time. Very kind and easy to work with and gave me no issues getting my belongings from the car. I would use them again although the prices are kind of high for a tow but so are all the other towing services around here and likely the others are even higher than this one so I would still use Hartford towing . Hands down. Thanks guys. You were awesome.
