Two days ago I had to put down my sweet very old and sick cat Dutchie. I am also on end of life care myself. So I was very emotional (I hate that she was in pain and the correlation in my brain I just knew I had to stop that pain for her)
They were fantastic with my girl. She was treated with dignity and they were very kind. My request for holding her and to be able to take her home in her blanket not a bag.. talking to her. Not a bit was a problem. My pets are my world and this level of care and compassion is rarely there. The gentleman vet tech was very kind and helpful to this old lady and her cat (who had peed all over everything on the way in the door. ).

I cannot say enough praise for this place. They were great with my cat. I was so nervous because he is a nervous cat. He's really not a fan of strangers. They were so nice with him. I was shocked at how good he was for them. They were great at explaining everything and taking good care of our buddy. Thank you so much!
