We could not be happier with our new barn. Mike and his team did an outstanding job, very easy to work with and communicate and highly professional. These guys work hard, consistently and with great attitude and pleasure to have them on our property. Very impressive overall. I hope to work with them on other projects, and will reccomend to friends and family. The shed itself is 16X20, with loft and windows, plus located on a slope.

If you are looking to have work done on your house or new construction look no further. S&M Construction built a 12 X 14 shed on my property in Trenton and I cannot be any more pleased with the quality of the work. First and foremost, Mike was very professional and knowledgeable. Also, I was able to stay in contact with him via text messages. Mike went above and beyond to ensure all my questions and concerns were answered. Lastly, I will indeed be using S&M Construction for any future projects that I have.

Came and built me a shed, and let me tell you. These guys are legit. Some of the nicest people I've ever met, and they made sure that I understood the cost so that I could compare prices to other people. Their cost was one of, if not the best price, and they don't use the cheap weak materials. They build them like a house! I use mine to park a vehicle and it's sturdy as mountain.

Mike knows his stuff, and is very fair. The best part is, you're happy to pay them. You don't feel like you just got robbed when it's all said and done.You're not gonna find a better business to come do WHATEVER work it is you need. I'll happily hire them again anytime I need something...read full review
