Dr. Bristol and her vet assistant are always so kind and gentle. Dr. Bristol always gives us so much information and answers all of our questions, it makes me feel comfortable knowing Belle is getting the best care. I also like the texting about test updates and such, with my job phone calls are just not feasible but I can text and I like having that information in hard copy.
My Lab, Ranger, had a UTV accident last Friday night and we rushed him to the Animal Emergency Hospital in Knoxville. The next morning, Dr. Bristol, from Roane Vet Hospital, was immediately in touch with me via text. This was the weekend of the huge ice storm so we never could have made it to Knoxville if he took a bad turn. Dr. B stayed in touch throughout the weekend until Ranger's appt on Tuesday. Knowing I had Dr. B there to answer qestions and calm my nerves got me through to the appt because we would never have been able to get to Knoxville. After our dog was struck by a truck RVH took us in near their closing time, and Dr Bristol provided exemplary care with such caring and compassion that she now provides all of our veterinary needs.
