One technician did a wonderful job and stayed late to take care of a customer and was very friendly and social. While a first-time customer discount was missed, equivalent discount coupons were provided. The staff is clean and thorough, and nails look awesome.
First time here as a walk-in (04/03/25). Needed a manicure & pedicure The desk receptionist was polite and answered any questions I had. The wait time was very short. Nail n Pedicure Techs were pleasant n understanding of my requests. Both did an incredible job. Cost was reasonable. Have continued to go back because I'm treated well n they do superior work on my Pedi, Nails n the salon tech also did a superior job on by eyebrow waxing. Love that I can have all this done in one location. Also had chipped a nail a week after having them done walked in and they immediately repaired it. I took my stepdaughter in here to get her nails done and it was near the end of the day. The man who took care of her did a wonderful job and stayed late to get her taken care of. He was so friendly and social.
The only negative was that we didn't get our 50% off for first time customers when we paid but we didn't realize it until after we left. No worries, though. They did give us an equivalent in discount coupons for our next visit but they expire in a month and my daughter doesn't get her nails done that frequently since she is only 12.
We really appreciate their great service and good attitudes!
I took my future sister in laws on a day date to get our nails done (spur of the moment thing!) & we walked in & were immediately greeted & in a chair within 2 mins! The staff was very clean & thorough throughout our stay & our nails look AWESOME! Can't wait to come back, thanks again!
