I wanted to take a moment to thank each of you from the bottom of my heart for the extraordinary compassion you showed today. Having to say goodbye to our 18 year old cat Kitty was heartbreaking. As newcomers to Tennessee from Michigan we felt especially vulnerable not having an established Vet.
But from the moment we walked in, your kindness made us feel supported and understood. You went above and beyond in ways that will never be forgotten.
