My wife and I just closed on our new home in Greeneville this week. From the moment we saw the house it was far superior to every other home new or older. We looked at 7 other houses and were getting very discouraged until we walked into the reliable builders home. It had everything we wanted and needed and the quality was unsurpassed. From the vaulted ceiling to the soft close high quality cabinetry to the beautiful walk in shower and even putting windows in the garage door. We Closed on our beautiful home in the Red Tail Ridge community in December 2025. To date the after-sale customer service has been excellent. Any concerns we've had thus far have been satisfactorily resolved in a timely manner. Buying a new home is stressful and deciding which builder to go with can be difficult.
